Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

In-Stock Items → Shipped within 24 hours of ordering.

Out-of-Stock & Pre-Order Items → Estimated shipping dates will be provided after purchase and may vary based on production schedules.

Customs Delays → Some international DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) orders may experience unexpected customs processing delays. While this is beyond our control, we’ll do our best to assist.

Haven’t Received a Shipping Update?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at customercare@parisawang.com, and we’ll provide an update as soon as possible.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes—including address updates or item modifications—unless it hasn’t entered the picking process in our automated shipping system.

Address Changes → If your order is already in transit to the wrong address, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for possible redirection.

Wrong Item Ordered → The best solution is to place a new order for the correct item and return the incorrect one once it arrives.

If we’re unable to fulfill your order, you’ll receive an email notification, and any charges will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

For pre-orders, there is a small chance of delays or cancellations due to demand. If your order is delayed, we’ll send you an email with the new estimated shipping date. If your order is canceled or you choose to cancel, your refund will be processed the same day and typically appears within 3-5 business days.

If your package is marked as delivered, please allow 3-5 additional days for it to arrive before taking the next steps.

A Few Things to Check First:

Partial Shipments → Your order may arrive in multiple packages as items become available. Check your tracking to see if another package is on its way.
