Gave four stars because I wish the brown was a richer brown.

Worth the wait
Purchased Gabrielle just as tariffs held up delivery. However, customer service was excellent and accommodating. She arrived today and the quality is lovely- extremely soft suede, high quality. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the straps are all suede and may cause color transfer and show wear. I will spray the bag with protectant but suede is still very delicate. Love that the hardware and branding on this style is very minimal. I would order again but most of the current styles have too much hardware for my taste.
