The bag itself is all I wanted

I have been very happy to receive my bag and quality matches definitely my expectations ! Well done ! Having said that there is just two down side , first is , it is very hard to not say impossible to have an interaction with a customer service , never got an answer to even one of my email and also I got an email claiming I should get a gift because I ordered within a certain dates timeframe , still waiting for it. …that is why 4 stars .

Great bag!

I'm so pleased with this bag. The leather and craftsmanship are top notch. I liked it so much that I've just ordered the chocolate suede version :-)
